Ongoing charges with Ezi123 are like your phone account where your bill is made up of a fixed monthly charge and a usage charge based on how many calls you make.

Like most phone accounts, Ezi123 has Plans that allow you to save money depending on your monthly usage pattern. There are two components to the Variable charges:

  • Site Traffic - This is determined by the number of webpages that have been visited in your website.
  • Site Admin - This is determined by the administration tasks you have done with your website such as adding or updating a webpage, uploading or downloading files, changing security roles etc.

The rate you pay for Variable Charges is determined by the Fixed Charge Plan you select. By selecting a the right Fixed Plan, you can save over 30% on your variable charges.

Controlling your Usage Charges - with EziPoints
 

Ezi123 is a pre-paid service. We calculate your charges in EziPoints which allows you to control your site usage in any country, independent of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
For people in Australia 1 EziPoint = AU$1.00.

As a Site Administrator you can check your pre-paid EziPoints Available Balance on the Ezi123 Solution Console which is updated every 10 minutes. From the console you can also monitor your daily EziPoints usage for the monthly Plan you have selected, as well as for the other monthly Plans. If another Plan would be more economical, you may request a change to your Plan. Plan changes take place at the start of each calendar month.
Paying Ezi123 Ongoing Charges

The easiest way to pay for your Ezi123 usage is by using the Recharge your EziPoints link on the Ezi123 Solution Console. On this screen, you decide how many EziPoints you want to add to your EziPoints Available Balance and pay by Credit Card using our secure payment gateway. For other payment options, contact Ezi123.

For each site there is an EziPoints Recharge Limit, at which point you will be sent an email reminder to recharge your EziPoints. If after a number of reminders you do not recharge your EziPoints and your Available Balance reaches zero, your site will be temporarily deactivated. To reactivate your site you will need to contact Ezi123 and then immediately recharge your EziPoints.
